Authentication problem (Oct. 02, 2012)

We've recieved numerous reports about "Authentication failed" problems. We have traced the problem to a network problem on our authentication servers which prevented all our VPN servers from connecting to the auth servers and authenticating your account. The problem has already been fixed. Should you still get the ""Authentication failed" error please report your problem directly from our app which would also send your logs to us. That way we can check the contents of your logs for debugging.
