Is the new version not working for you?

Have you recently updated your app from version 2.7.5 to 3.0 only to find out that the new version no longer connects?

Don't worry we are here to help you get connected again.

First we need to find out if the problem is indeed the new version so all you have to do is uninstall the new version and install the old version back. You can download the old version here:

If it can connect then send us an email with the screenshot of your old version and we will send you instructions on how to get the new version working.
