Account not being upgraded after sending payment through PayPal

Problem: My account is not being upgraded after sending my payment using PayPal.

Cause: When you pay through PayPal a notification called IPN (Instant Payment Notification) will be automatically sent to our server confirming your payment. When our server receives that notification it will automatically update your account but for some reasons the notification is not being sent to our servers that is why your account is not being updated automatically. This problem could happen when PayPal's server is having problems and is not sending the notification properly to our server.

Solution: To resolve this problem kindly send an email to sales@droidvpn.com with your Transaction ID and we will resend the IPN and manually update your account. If you sent multiple payments and want to only apply one of your payments then just send the Transaction ID you wanted to be refunded.
