DroidVPN 2.1m is now released. We fixed the reported bugs on this version. Proxy and HTTP headers is also now supported.

You can now use a proxy when connecting through TCP. Note: You can only use proxies without authentication(username/password) since proxy authentication is still not working.

You can also set custom HTTP headers even if you are not using a proxy.

You can download it at Google Play or if you cannot download it there just visit our Download page for the direct download link

What is a HTTP Header?

HTTP Headers are the request to a server for information and the resulting response. When you input an address into your browser it sends a request to the server hosting the domain and the server responds.

This process is being emulated by DroidVPN which can sometimes fool the censors in letting them know that you are trying to access an allowed website but in reality you are connecting to a different resource.

You can visit this Wikipedia page for a list of HTTP headers
